- 300 gr wild salmon fillet, skin removed
- 100 gr cooked shrimps
- 1/3 cup finely diced shallots
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 3/4 cup cooked couscous
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay
- 1 large egg, beaten
Directions:
Finely cut the salmon. Add the couscous, Old Bay, egg, chopped shrimps, shallots, salt and pepper. Mix to combine, then form into 5 patties.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium
heat, add the oil and cook over medium heat until tender, about 4 to 5 minutes.
